I say yes because of the sheer destruction of them.Think of the civilian deaths and soliders,politics etc.

I say no, because GAR#10 allows member states to hold nuclear weapons!

No. MAD ensures more peace and safety than people are willing to admit. Banning nukes will not remove them from existence, just make it so that the more questionable nations who don't adhere well to international law will be more happy and willing to use nuclear weapons.
