This Resolution is trying to interfere with the court systems of our respective nations. It may work for some, but not all of our nations, in the long run I don't think that this Resolution will work. There will be a rebellion on the nations that have a different court system, this Resolution should not pass.

While ardently Laizee-Faire Capitalist, de Government Royale of the Holy Kingdom of Justosia supports this legislation. As we already have firm protections for our working class. Similar to this resolution. The delicate balance of worker's rights & economic output must always be maintained.

Of course we reserve our right to change our YAY vote or more should the aforementioned resolution ultimately harm our GDP.

I said rebellion, not riot. Besides, I am not 100% disagreeing with the Resolution and I understand the concern but, I believe that each country has their own way of a fair trial, it shouldn't be our job as WA members to make that decision for them.

Okay, everyone knows there is no way a business will be able to get it's money back from an employee who caused the problem. There is also no way for a business to have a hiring practice good enough to prevent the bad eggs completely. That makes a huge difference. I still believe exceptions should be added for intentional attempts to damage the business in question. I also stand against this proposal on jurisdictional grounds.
