While being a communist sin't a crime, because FREEDOM OF SPEECH MOTHERFUCKER, it is legal to kill a communist (Anyone convicted of killing a communist gets a 100,000 Rossoes reward), and discrimination against communism is rewarded by the government (15,000 Rossoes is your reward if you get caught discriminating against commies)! Communists face life prison sentences for crimes like dangerous driving, and our constitution says that human rights don't apply to commies (essentially, it's legal to deny a commie food and water, although we do have hearts and only 2 supermarket chains do that. Tjose 2 supermarket chains are the most successful and profiting ones, however). The government won't repeal the laws since the citizens support these laws!

Fascism is the 2nd most feared ideology due to its authoritarian stance. Freedom is for everyone (except the commies) and Fascists want to destroy that! It isn't illegal to be a fascist, and the fascist party hold 1 seat in government (that is for the town of Sandhill in the province of Westerlay).
