I'm really happy for this! This was one of the shortcomings of my Delegacy: not solving the TSP v TWP schism.

I tried, for the love of me, I tried. Specially since TSP had lend their troops to help us with the raid attack caused by he who is too meh to be named betrayal of the delegacy.

As many of you already know, Khanter was recently accused by Antifa of being a spy for a fascist organization. This accusation did not come out of left field, or without any evidence to support it. Antifa provided TWP leadership with the evidence it had collected, which pointed explicitly toward Khanter being a spy who was actively sabotaging Antifa ops. This evidence involved quite a bit more than the phone comparison that has already been shared. Furthermore, Khanter’s own statements regarding this have not stood up well to scrutiny.
The evidence against him, although very compelling, however, is not definitive proof. The government of TWP is left with more questions than answers in this matter. Specifically, we do not understand what Khanter’s motive for subverting Antifa could be. He has shown enthusiasm for anti-fascist ops in the past. The fact that no motive can be determined gives us cause to believe that it is possible that there is more to this story than we have been told.
However, the evidence is still strong enough that we cannot, in good conscience, do nothing. As such, we have elected not to ban Khanter, but to restrict his access to only what is publicly available. After thorough consideration and discussion of the evidence, the player known as KhanterWinters is suspended from the Hall of Nations and relieved of current government responsibilities.
This is not an action we take lightly. Khanter has been an incredibly active and positive contributor to our region for years, and is a fixture in our community. We are taking this action in the hopes that we will be able to review more definitive evidence in the future.

On a personal note, Khanter has been, and remains, a good friend. I absolutely can’t imagine that he is a fascist. I want this to be eventually proven wrong. I have been up all night trying to create alternative theories that would be supported by the evidence. In the end, we have to act on what is rather than what we wish were so.

No, strictly speaking, it’s not impossible that Khanter was framed. It is, however, highly unlikely and makes no sense. Khanter is far more liked than he is hated. Furthermore, I’m impressed that you would so shamelessly use this situation to gather sympathy from the public for yourself. No one in TWP *wants*Khanter to be guilty. But the evidence is strong enough that we cannot do nothing simply because Khanter has been a valued member of the community for a long time.

Also I was shocked at the revelation. Khanter was my friend and we spend time discussing things with each other. Anyways, as one of our active soldiers, I wouldn't really believe that Antifa would just do a circlejerk against him.

Also, for all the people calling for public evidence, I don’t know how many times we have to rehash it but most intelligence and administrative investigations are simply unable to do that due to NS rules such as the Defamation Rule as well as general player privacy rights. Mods wouldn’t be too keen on stuff like IP’s, emails, OOC logs, specific phone models, etc being posted on-site every time shit hit the fan.

Whoa there, that's a wild accusation that popped out of the blue, in response to my casually-typed post that 90% defends Khanter - and included a SMALL 1-liner about my own experience, that didn't even name names. So you had no reason to jump in and "defend your friends" because they weren't even named, much less a need to insensitively accuse me of that!

Perhaps the Spy was trying to get Scottie framed, but that doesn't guarantee it's Khanter. (But as I write this post, I ask myself, why am I defending him? I don't think he HAS to stay in TWP or whereever the hell he hangs out now, I'm certainly not in TWP.

As a citizen of TWP I’m very pleased with the reaction of our Government. Sometimes in these situations it’s seen as being easier to throw someone under the bus. I’m glad TWP’s response was both measured and appropriate.

I don't know Khanter well enough or the situation to comment there but the above by Ark had to be commented on for sheer nonsense.

Yuno was dragged through the mud without any clear and present evidence. If the reaction to her had been like the reaction to Khanter (reasonable, confused but assuming the best even though puzzled at what the limited evidence is implying) then she would have not still be waiting for some iota of justice. Instead she was thrown under the bus, trampled upon and the people who did it have still not answered for it in any meaningful and concrete way.

I hope the FBI one day comes into this little corner of the crazy internet and fucks up these players who think they can stalk people onto their social media platforms or otherwise gain people's IP addresses and other info for their own shit filled machinations. That is all the faith I have left in justice or fairness in this game.

We enjoyed the process of drafting this treaty with Treadwellia and his team. It was a lovely experience, and I personally believe that it is indicative of a great working relationship that we will foster with Lazarus going forward. I can speak for everyone in the West when I say that we thoroughly look forward to working with Lazarus more closely in the future.
