Is it worth sending one in? I've heard that I don't get to control my political decisions if I decide to enter the WA.

It doesn't really effect RP unless you do something blatantly against the rules, like slave trading. Then you might be condemned, otherwise it'll be fine. And if you disagree with a decision you can always leave the WA
