Establishing a New Region!

I am establishing a new region, I want to know who in here if anybody is willing to join up with me and be my ally in this prospect. We will turn it into a thriving place teeming with life if we do it correctly. I hope to establish a regional constitution, a map, a government, and a historical record. If you're interested just respond to this post and we will discuss a name for the region and then organize our move to it.

At this stage, anyone will do as long as they help me recruit more nations.
