Colour Pallet Easter egg

I am aware that if you change your pretitle to something that has a color in it, you will receive an easter egg.
I have done this multiple times since i have reached a pop of 500 Mil, but never received it.
Besides having a color in your pretitle, is their another requirement i am not fufilling?

You need to keep the color word in your pretitle for a while. Just putting it there for a few hours and then switching back is unlikely to be long enough for the game to even notice (it has to be there when the timer reaches zero for your nation to be assigned a new issue), and even then, all it does is add the easter egg to the pool of issues that you're capable of receiving randomly, you still have to wait for it to be rolled.

The color word only needs to be part of your pretitle, so you can keep whatever pretitle your nation is "supposed" to have for roleplay reasons and just tack on a color word. Most experienced NationStates players will take one look at it, think "oh hey, I see someone's hunting for easter eggs", and give it no second thought.

The favorite color easter egg is already the easiest to get, with an obvious method to qualify, and seemingly no population minimum besides the 500 million you need for a pretitle, so it's quite fast, but you do have do have some patience.

(For what it's worth, I think the favorite color easter egg is also the most realistic easter egg issue. It's the only one that feels like it could, give or take a few narrative details, actually happen in real life. Sure, real nations wouldn't declare a national emergency over the topic, but many nations do actually have "national colors" with political symbolism, and most of the political stances and color associations depicted in the issue are quite sensible. So it being the easiest easter egg to get is reasonable, since it's only barely an easter egg.)

Yes you can, there isn't an issue for this: It just requires a population of at least 500 million.

You can change your pretitle back anytime you want, but then you won't receive the easter egg
