Liberate Eternal Scholars is a resolution to stop delegate-imposed barriers to entry to a region, for the purpose of letting the residents of Eternal Scholars regain control of their region. However, these barriers are important for stopping raids in the first place. Delegates can eject new members that came from raider regions, before they can gain control. Moreover, even if Eternal Scholars are let back into their own region, the raiders still have control over what does and does not pass, until they cease occupation. So, for this reason, I am voting AGAINST Liberate Eternal Scholars.
