So instead of arguing over who is who, how about we address the questions I have asked? What possible reason would TSP have to trust Balder, when it is merely a puppet regime wholly supported by two aggressive, imperialistic regions? It is abunantly clear that Europeia seeks to exert as much possible influnce as it can over GCR's. Balder is obviously okay with playing that role. Does TSP really want to be drawn into that quagmire?

Anyone claiming that I ceased to be the Legal Delegate of TSP when the Court ruled that switching forums was illegal should go back and read the Charter from that time again. A few hours prior to the ejections I had met with Euro and Balder reps and advised we were working on a solution with Tsu that would see GR removed from the admin team. When we moved forward with ejections almost all if not all of Balder forces had in fact re-deployed. In fact TNP was the only region who still had forces endorsing me and that was because a couple members had signed in to get the new orders.

It is sad to see TSP lose yet another long-term ally primarily due to the fact that people can't get together and talk. This argument is kind of silly though.

The entire legal basis for your coup hinges on the poor and questionable reasoning that just because the constitution identified the official forum by url address, you can change forums unilaterally if you maintained the same url address through a redirect - it was an absurd and unprecedented attempt at usurping the powers of the Assembly.

Moreover, the constitutionality of your unilateral removal of various officials from the CSS and their ejection and banning has also been placed into dispute.

On the High Court of TSP, the Chief Justice ruled your actions were unconstitutional:

Part 3: Unilaterally removing Kringalia from the Committee on State Security

A pretty good article, congratulations. Unfortunately, I must take issue with some of the alternative facts being presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs for TSP. Point one is blatantly false and defaming for Balder. Point two also presents a false equivalency when in fact members of TSP have gone out of there way on numerous occasions to attack Balder and her interests. Point three sounds nice but unfortunately has no basis in truth as far as I know. Balder has never been asked to condemn Sedge, Milograd nor Hileville. So there is no general refusal to speak of.

Honesty would go a long way in mending relations.

Sneak Preview:
The South Pacific will begin festivities! The festival will take place forum side and game side! The Festival will last two weeks starting today 3/24 and ending 4/8 when we will have a closing ceremony and award prizes for all competitions.

The Celestial Lampshade Triumvirate Festival ended with a subdued turnout in Lazarus, but not before a well-received film night and plenty of silliness on the Lazarus Discord server. In the aftermath of the festival, it is notable that a number of nations from Lazarus and The Rejected Realms have begun to frequent the South Pacific and a few TSPers have been seen heading over to the other two as well. The spirit of inter-regional co-operation remains strong with these three!

The success of the festivals can be measured by the engagement and relationship building occurring between the three regions!

We look forward to hosting future festivals with allies and intriguing regions
