Once again, why? What difference does it make if I post on this nation or another? I suppose we can play let's guess the puppet all day, but it still won't make my point any less valid. So instead of arguing over who is who, how about we address the questions I have asked? What possible reason would TSP have to trust Balder, when it is merely a puppet regime wholly supported by two aggressive, imperialistic regions? It is abunantly clear that Europeia seeks to exert as much possible influnce as it can over GCR's. Balder is obviously okay with playing that role. Does TSP really want to be drawn into that quagmire?

So, let me see if I have your 'logic' correct.

According to you, Balder is a puppet of Europeia, who is seeking to influence the GCRs. Further, Balder supported the imperialist activities of the NPO in Lazarus and supported Hileville in TSP. So are you claiming that Europeia was supporting the NLO by proxy? That's new.

No wonder you don't want people to know your main nation. Next thing you know you will be claiming TNP wire tapped your national government.

Hileville wrote:Anyone claiming that I ceased to be the Legal Delegate of TSP when the Court ruled that switching forums was illegal should go back and read the Charter from that time again. A few hours prior to the ejections I had met with Euro and Balder reps and advised we were working on a solution with Tsu that would see GR removed from the admin team. When we moved forward with ejections almost all if not all of Balder forces had in fact re-deployed. In fact TNP was the only region who still had forces endorsing me and that was because a couple members had signed in to get the new orders.

It is sad to see TSP lose yet another long-term ally primarily due to the fact that people can't get together and talk. This argument is kind of silly though.

The entire legal basis for your coup hinges on the poor and questionable reasoning that just because the constitution identified the official forum by url address, you can change forums unilaterally if you maintained the same url address through a redirect - it was an absurd and unprecedented attempt at usurping the powers of the Assembly.

Moreover, the constitutionality of your unilateral removal of various officials from the CSS and their ejection and banning has also been placed into dispute.

On the High Court of TSP, the Chief Justice ruled your actions were unconstitutional:

Farengeto wrote:Part 1: Unilaterally creating a new forum and redirecting the domain to those new forums
While at its creation the Zetaboards forum located at http://s15.zetaboards.com/the_South_Pacific/ did not link directly to the URL specified in Article 9.1 of the Charter, as of the time of this ruling the forum now links directly to thesouthpacific.org and thus is sufficient to fulfill the text of Article 9.1 of the Charter. However, despite the Zetaboards forum located at http://s15.zetaboards.com/the_South_Pacific/ is clearly a new forum within the context of Article 9 of the Charter, operating under new hosts, new servers, new administration, a new IP, etc. As a new forum its creation and validity is determined under Article 9.2 and 9.3 of the Charter, for which the requirements remain unmet. [...] Thus the forum had not ceased to exist nor had become permanently unavailable and the Cabinet was not empowered to create a new forum in accordance with the Article 9.2 of the Charter. Furthermore the Assembly did not vote on the creation of a new forum and thus the requirements of Article 9.3 of the Charter were not met. This further contradicts the precedent and text set by the binding reolution passed by the Assembly, the Resolution on Moving the Forums. [...]

[...] Thus while the new forum possesses the address of the official forum it is unauthorized and is thus not the Regional Forum, illegally occupying the address of the official Regional Forum authorized by the Coalition of the South Pacific.

Farengeto wrote:Part 3: Unilaterally removing Kringalia from the Committee on State Security

[...] "As Kringalia was still legally a citizen and was not otherwise legally removed there is therefore no legal grounds for his removal from the Committee for State Security."

They also found your ejections and bannings and the dissolution of the Coalition to be unconstitutional:

Farengeto wrote:1.
Section 2 - The Office of the Delegate and Vice Delegate
2. The Coalition may not be surrendered.

Nothing explicitly stated, but the intent of this basically the same.

2.
Article 2: Bill of Rights.
9. The freedom to reside in the region of The South Pacific, and the right to not be ejected or banned without reasonable cause and due process of law.

So an indisputable no.

3.
Article 10: Amendments
2. All Citizens have the right to request a Great Council for a review of the entire Charter, Bill of Rights, and Code of Laws. A Great Council may only be called once every six months.

Great Councils are legal and can fully replace the charter if desired. But it was also less than six months ago, so it's not legal.

You couped, Hileville.

It wasn't a coup until we ejected people. At that time Balder was not providing support.

A pretty good article, congratulations. Unfortunately, I must take issue with some of the alternative facts being presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs for TSP. Point one is blatantly false and defaming for Balder. Point two also presents a false equivalency when in fact members of TSP have gone out of there way on numerous occasions to attack Balder and her interests. Point three sounds nice but unfortunately has no basis in truth as far as I know. Balder has never been asked to condemn Sedge, Milograd nor Hileville. So there is no general refusal to speak of.

Honesty would go a long way in mending relations.

Official MoFA & MoRA Announcement

The Celestial Unicorn Lampshade Triumvirate Festival

Dear TSPers and Lovely Guests from The Rejected Realms , Lazarus and friends,

Thank you for making the CULT festival a success :) We enjoyed our time spent with allies and friends :)

Quoting Minister of Regional Affairs Seraph -> https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=789848

The Celestial Lampshade Triumvirate Festival ended with a subdued turnout in Lazarus, but not before a well-received film night and plenty of silliness on the Lazarus Discord server. In the aftermath of the festival, it is notable that a number of nations from Lazarus and The Rejected Realms have begun to frequent the South Pacific and a few TSPers have been seen heading over to the other two as well. The spirit of inter-regional co-operation remains strong with these three!

The success of the festivals can be measured by the engagement and relationship building occurring between the three regions!

We look forward to hosting future festivals with allies and intriguing regions :)

{hint - Star Wars theme}

P.S. We have an embassy with Forest! <3
