Have you ever thought how to pronounce some nation's capitals? Some look easy to pronounce, but are actually pronounce a completely different way. So this thread is here to help! :)
What you have to do is simple!

Take your capital city and say how it's pronounced.
If you don't have a capital, then think of a pretend capital city name for you to pronounce.
(The Pretend Capital City could be your future capital city if you don't have one yet!)

I'll start:
Capital City: Djurma-Eslevibudapest
Pronounciation: Jer-mu E-sle-vi-boo-dah-pesh-t*
*Pesh and t are put together.

The most common (and correct) pronunciation is (Seer-ah-my), though hearing (Sigh-rah-my) or (Sigh-rah-mee) is not uncommon nor unaccepted.

Most of our places don't have names but for the sake of foreigners who like capitals to have names, we call ours Fat City, pronounced "fat sitty". That's short for Fatatatutti City, pronounced "fah-ta-ta-TOO-tee sitty" but nobody calls it that any more.

Cascadia's captial is New Westminster.

Officially, pronunciation is (New Wes-min-stur), but (Nu West-mens-ter) is also acceptable.
