After much research and notice of Ghovatstani information presented largely within WA-approved factbooks, the Republic of Gjulich displays a largely positive view of Ghovatstan. The republic appears stable and sensible, and the democracy appears to thrive within the nation itself, with fairly regular elections, which we approve of. If we were to begin formal negotiations as well as an embassy, Gjulich would be interested in trade and development both ways, as well as possible future co-ordination of military training and further unity diplomatically.

Short Biography and Background:

Born in the CBD of Gjulich as the third child of an upper-middle class family, Kljovet, Lobkjaor lived during a time when Gjulich was experiencing a major economic upturn. Her father was a banker in the city, and the family made a decent living. By the time she went to university, tertiary education was free, and she was able to attend a highly praised university just a few blocks from her parents' house. She excelled in her three year Bachelor, and so continued on to a Masters, before also taking a PhD. After leaving University, she was slow to find a job, and so took up a job for two years in a butchery, before finally approaching the Gjulichan Diplomacy Service for a career opportunity.

At first, she was largely offered small jobs as the secretary of one of the Ambassadors. Soon enough, he was promoted to Head Diplomat, and with him, she was given a position as an Ambassador-Under-Instruction. While she has therefore had lots of experience in diplomacy and foreign affairs, this will be her first posting as an Ambassador-Without-Instruction.
