AMAZED by their ability to lead regions.

THANKFUL that they pulled their region though hard times.

HAPPY that they are with us and the rest of NationStates.

HEREBY commends Nova Hansa for their great work.

NationStates is the name of the universe the game takes place in, and is generally accepted as an okay term.

And I agree, I don't think the target has done enough to merit a commendation, or if they have it is not conveyed through this proposal.

I don't support Lag at all, but I detest people's insistence that he deserves a condemnation, or the people against him deserve commendations. He hasn't accomplished that much relative to a lot of people in the game, and I think he gets brought up in the SC much more often than he should. And it's always the same group of people who bring him up.

You've got a lot to learn, then. Writing C&Cs, or any resolution for that matter, is not a race. Most bills get talked about, edited, etc. for days, weeks, or even months. You gave it 2 hours. Also, you submitted it without any of the regulars liking it (or most of them not even having read it). You've pretty much ensured that this will fail.
