Ater Nox kicked from election?

It appears that sometime after the votes reset during round two, Ater Nox completely dissapeared from the candidate screen? Does anyone know the cause of this, I know it happened after the vote reset, so that would not account for it.

Only the top 25 from round 1 were immediately included in round 2, and I believe at each reset it only takes the current top 25.

I believe the bug checks the current standings at the time of each reset, so if he's out of the Top 25 at each reset, he gets dropped and has to redeclare.

2 hours ago: 3LiT3 voted for The Empire of Ater Nox in Round 2 of the election.

He was 24th at the reset.

Hamtown, another nation from XKI, says he was removed from the election as well. What's going on here?

edit: Now that I look at it, all the vote counts have gone down by quite a bit.

It reset when it was supposed to, and then it reset again on each of the two hours after.
