How long does it take for a moderator to review your appeal? I was unfairly banned and have screenshots to prove it.

It depends on the appeal and how busy the mods are. For bans and deletions, this is done through the Getting Help Page. Although, because both of these are logged or posted publicly, screenshots won't help. You'll need to actually make a case for why the mod's ruling was unjust, which may involve asking why the action was taken.

Answer to your question: for GHRs, I've found they usually take 1-3 days to be processed.

It's not NationStates' fault. Sedgistan was the one abusing his power. While I agree that deleting your nations was going way too far, especially for posting on Phrike, you are giving them more excuses to ban you by doing this.

EDIT TO ADD: As for the deletions of "The Land Of The Sexy Beasts" and "Phrike," I do not see any appeals filed via the Getting Help page from Kakia. I have reviewed the original ban for spamming/flamebaiting issued here. While I might have opted for an official warning rather than the jump to the short-term ban, I can see why Sedge opted for the harsher measure given the extremely blatant and deliberate nature of the offense. When the ban was then violated here, both the banned and the ban-evading nations were deleted in accordance with standard procedure. I do not see any reason to overturn the original ban or the deletions, especially coupled with the veritable meltdown displayed in this thread.
