Armed militants, claiming to be freedom fighters, move all around the city. They claim the northern region of the city, taking the major docks, blocking ship trade from the river. The city was now cut off from supplies.

Soyuzkayan forces move in to retake the North District of the capital, but are heavily overwhelmed by the great force of militants. During live news broadcasting, a militant claimed that they were fighting for freedom. The country already had enough freedom. What more could they ask for? To be given the right to kill without any care in the world by the government?

After launching multiple UAVs into the northern regions of Soyuzkaya, a large force of militants, same as in the North District of New Paradisa, were found all over the country. The news was soon sent to the president, who was soon to be evacuated to an unknown location by helicopter after a news broadcast.

5 Tu-95s began to fly over the North District of New Paradisa with 30 Su-27s and 10 Mi-24 Hinds escorting the bombers. The bombers began dropping bombs onto positions of the militants. The Hinds would also engage the infantry and light armor down below. The fighters ran into heavy resistance from 20 other jets and got caught into an air battle, leaving the bombers with 5 escort jets.

Grand Admiral Ryan Kane looked at the report on the table in front of him. After sending a letter to the Government of Soyuzkayan, he immediately dispatched a Cruiser to the Northern Coast of the nation, with an aircraft carrier following behind closely.

The report before him spoke of air engagements over New Parisia. He found this surprising, but knew that this uprising was moving rapidly.

A letter was just placed before him, from the President of Soyuzkaya. This was good, that they wanted our help. Our troops are en-rout, he thought. Hopefully they will arrive soon.

General William Colvill stood in the bridge of his Cruiser, The Dominator. The ship was swiftly gliding through the water, and the coast was beginning to come into sight. An aircraft carrier was resting a few miles out behind them. Colvill's orders for the time being were to wait, so he ordered the ship to be slowed down.

We would like to take the island of Alenova and place 800 Marines on it making sure rebels don't get on it and it can be used for the exiles of the Soyuzkaya government. Perhaps such openness is unwise, but I trust the encryption and I hope I can trust you: I lack the authority to be here. My nation, Prolieum is currently undergoing a massive conflict, and my task force was sent to reinforce, but upon news of this strife I diverted course. Legally, as my nation has technically not declared war, I am allowed to do so,and my rank gives me some right to intervene in international affairs, but a no-fly zone is skirting the edge of insubordination. I have no legal ability to declare war, or summon any national  reinforcements.

Despite this, I think we can do good. My task group contains a great deal of aerial might, and I have already called for those from my House to aid in refugee operations, they should arrive in a few days. My hands are tied much as your in this situation, and thus I hope to de-escalate tensions before all-out war is unstoppable.
