Mr. Richard Westinghouse,
Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Hotels and Resorts

Mr. Westinghouse joined the Board of Directors in 2007. Mr. Westinghouse has close to 30 years in the real estate industry, culminating in his current stint as the Chief Executive Officer of Stephen Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Westinghouse was responsible for the group's entry and dominance in the hospitality and leisure industry. Recently, he has pushed for integrated land and property projects.

2. By applying for a license/partnership with SHR, the individual/entity agrees to all IC standards and policies expected from a licensee or partner of a Stephen Hotel and or Resort.
3. Applications need not be followed by an IC letter of intent.
4. Only application forms completely filled out will be considered.
5. Stephen Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to deny any application, for whatever reason it deems necessary.
6. SHR reserves the right to revoke existing contracts or agreements for breach of terms and conditions, or for the inactivity of the other party.
7. SHR reserves the right to pursue legal action for the breach these terms and conditions as well as those provided in the applicable business agreement or arrangement, and of wider Stephen Prime Holding Corporation rules and regulations.
