Problem with signing in

I've had this problem before, and I lost a country I had 2 months into so I had to leave it. Now it happened again, can anyone help? If I sign out a few times my countries "Password" changes and won't let me in. I have to go on a computer and email a never used link to myself. After it refreshes it just changes to a country I haven't dealt with for around 3 or 4 weeks. If anyone want to know what it's called its called The Empire of Bute Lang.

I see Bute Lang. Can you explain what trouble you are having when you try to log in? I don't quite understand the problem.

I've signed out many times, and eventually when it hits a certain point I can't sign in. I put my name and exact password and it won't let me sign in.

Yes, that has happened. My friend had it happened to him just two weeks ago. I don't know what's causing it. The best thing to do (if you get your account back) is to not log off and ave the username and password.
