Now I have heard of a business subsidies issue that causes this yet my experience was quite different I gained a badge for a good, ok, terrible, barren,and desolate environment with a economic decline after every banner. Hence might someone put a name to this dreaded issue as I want to be sure to avoid it as I have been stuck on imploded for sometime (months) now and I am being forced to build marvelous parks in attempt to recover.

That's not true at all. My nation is deeply socialist, yet I've had a stable economy on 98/100 for a very long time. That's despite answering issues in such a way that should theoretically cripple said economy.

I had that same problem not too long ago. If I remember correctly it was an issue with abolishment of "too complicated" tax system in my case which basically reset all my governments spending and crashed the economy. Funny thing though - I've managed to completely eradicate private sector after that which I was aiming at for a long long time

I'm not going to comment on RL viabiliy, as Crazy Girl said this isn't NSG, but in NS gameplay it is very possible to achieve equal wealth distribution in an obscenely large nation.

If it was due to my political stance than why did my environment have a single day melt down from stunning to barren wasteland?? I had a great economy till I saw a repeating pattern of a lessening environment and in turn economy in a matter of minutes.
