Here's my ideal situation at Alinor:

Summerset Isles: The island is isolated from the rest of Tamriel. The current High Justiciar has imposed a popular dictatorship. Three-fourth of the country is pro-Thalmor and are diehard supremacists while the remaining forth are moderates and are supporters of the monarchy and King Aicandaar's ideology. They are known to be the ''moderate supremacists'' of the country.

Auridon: The city of Firsthold and Skywatch suffered sieges during the second great war. Now, the entire island's eastern coast is either walled, fenced or has a small Thalmor outpost.

Summerset Island: Sunhold and southern Summerset had a brief Maormeri landing and was besieged for a month. The Dominion navy then set up another blockade and the Maormeri army was defeated. Walls, forts, outposts, towers and naval ports dot the entire southern coast after the war.

I think your current idea of what's going on in the Isles will fit very well with some of the themes I'm planning to put into the RP!
