Special Notes about your civilization: Our species once was more advanced and influential in another galaxy but it was a brutal tyrannical regime that we escaped from. So we're effectively starting over and have dismantled and reversed engineered most of what we brought with us to figure out how to produce these technologies. We are making steady progress technologically and our expansion is quick we'll likely catch back up to our former status under much better benevolent monarch growing and building alongside other civilizations. Where before under the old regime mostly just exterminated everyone we encountered.
