Hello! I would like a nation to rule me! I want to make a nation to be a colony ruled by a nation. I want them to have full control and decide the rules! We can telegram and roleplay! I will send a nation the 8 starter questions so i can make the colony then notify the nation once i made it. Also, i need someone to think of a name too! Thx!
