Hey! I was wondering. Since I'm a WA member, if I moved to a region with 1 person and they aren't a WA member, there is delegate control, and there is no WA delegate could I take it over by myself?

You'll need another WA nation to gain the Delegacy. If you try to do it yourself (i.e. you operate 2 WA nations), both will likely end up ejected from the WA permanently.

Fortunately for you however, there are plenty of large, well-trained invader organizations out there that can teach you how to raid. Why not give it a shot?
