Jackson waited nervously on floor 3 waiting by the elevator to greet the representives as they came in. He took a deep breath and walked to the closest mirror. Adjusting his bowtime he whispered to himself, "Show time."

Showing a bit more confidence he looked at the mirror. 12:25pm it read.

"Hmmm, they should be here any minute."
Jackson returned to his post at the elevator.

Račelle Kamieniec walked into the building with her security guard and saw Jackson, she gave him a vague look and said:

"Hello."

Then walked away. She walked up to the delegate from Sri Lankin and smiled and said:

Aleks Forest (pronounced Alex) walked into the building with a slight smile and a look of confidence. He turned to his assistant and said; "How do you feel?"
She replied, smirking; "We, sir, are ready."
"That's the answer I wanted to hear" replied Aleks.
They continued to approach the delegates already standing in the room with introduction cards at the ready.

Fraenxe Reventon was late.

"Can't you drive any faster?!" He shouted over the scream of the car's V10 engine, an engine so powerful it could pull redwood trees out of the ground, roots and all. It suddenly jerked to the right, nearly missing a mother duck and her ducklings crossing the street. Alex's head smashed against the window and nearly concussed him.

"I shouldn't have waited for you," he growled to his bodyguard, who was also his assistant.

A dodger-blue and tangerine-orange 2004 Subaru Impreza WR-1 pulled up to the cul-de-sac driveway of the Redhurst Foreign Relations Building, stopping to a screech as Fraenxe Reventon and Sam Stadtfeld, his bodyguard-assistant, stepped out simultaneously. Fraenxe turned around and looked at his reflection in the left-side rear passenger window, vainly styling his hair one last time and giving the anonymous driver a thumbs-up. The car drifted off and zoomed down the road, past the horizons of Redhurst.

"Hey, wait up," Fraenxe called to Sam, who was already halfway towards the building. "We have time."

"No, we're ten minutes late," Sam corrected. "Look. Everybody else is inside already."

"Wait." Franexe stopped dead in his tracks, looking at a massive Lenco BearCat (armored van) sitting smack-dab in the middle of the parking lot with the letters METROPOLITAN OVERWATCH ENFORCEMENT (Royal Atlantean law enforcement force) on the side in a military-style font. "What's the Overwatch Enforcement doing here? They said just one bodyguard per delegate!"

"Just in case," Sam shrugged as the two pushed open the glass doors, immediately hit by a wave of air conditioning. "They never said anything about a special extraction team waiting outside. And they'll stay outside unless you're in danger."

At about 12:30, a sleek black limousine manufactured by Regis Wesmorlandian Automobiles arrived at the Doppler Foreign Affairs building, bearing both the Wesmorlanian flag as well as the personal coat of arms of the Imperial delegate. Once the limousine came to a full stop, three people emerged from the the limousine. In the center was the Imperial delegate, Duke Bach of Norngard-Astoria, flanked by an assistant from the embassy and an Oakshott Guardsman, though dressed in a plain black suit instead of a uniform.
"Do you have all the documents organized in the appropriate manner?" The Duke said in a harsh voice.
"Y-y-y-yes, Your Grace!" the assistant stuttered fearfully. "Everything is organized and ready for the meeting."
"Good," the Duke replied. "Today is an important day for the Empire. The Empire is already wealthy enough as it is, but we must make use of this meeting to forge trade agreements and, hopefully, form mutually beneficial alliances."
"Should we proceed to the building, Your Grace", the bodyguard said.
"Of course, let's go." And with that the delegation entered the building.

SkoMuh-Clookclook, highly renowned figure in Antidangrian Politics who almost won the 2005 election for Original Territories Councillor, walked into the building, wearing a smart, black suit with a sky blue tie, the blue matching the seal that ran down the shoulder of the suit, said seal being the symbol of Antidangria visible in the center of its flag, and as such everyone instantly knew what nation this man represented.

He was somewhat late, yes, but he did not let that get to him. A politician who got flustered easily was a politician who made mistakes, and in such an important stage in Antidangrian development, he could not afford to make mistakes. This meeting could cement Antidangria's reputation in the Western Isles, something that even the President Modzaka himself could not do. If he was to fail at this critical juncture, then it could lead to the ruin of his great nation, something that he would never be able to live down. But he would not have to worry about living anything down. Today is the day nations learned the name 'Antidangria'.

Turakina Mongoljin pulled up to the Redhurst Foriegn Relations Building, on a horse. Though she had a car, the Bhikkustani envoy wanted to show the splendour of the Mongols. For this end, she was wearing her traditional dress. Her armed escort rode up to the building, and she walked in.

She walked through the door, her bodyguards standing on either side of her. They walked towards the main room, before sitting down. As the Bhikkustani National Secretary of International Relations, she had been sent to Doppler to establish relations with other nations. As a newly founded nation, they have few friends in the surrounding nations.

She sat down and sipped on some green tea, looking for someone to talk to

Another man wearing the same Antidangrian seal walked into the building, holding a briefcase. SkoMuh, instead of waiting for his assistant to finish his approach, walked up to the short, smartly dressed fellow and accepted the briefcase. Approaching some one who is carrying your things and taking the things from them is basic Antidangrian social ettiquete. SkoMuh patted his assistant on the shoulder, and murmured something to him in Dangrish, translating to "You know what to do." After these events, SkoMuh looked around for someone to talk to.

Paolo Chérefber had just landed at the airport, he had left Segentova thinking that the last conference had been a total failure, two people dead and unnascesary violence... what would the delagates think?! he immediatley went into the first bathroom he noticed at the airport and dipped his face in some cold water from the tap he almostyelled tohimself in the morror "Come on, we can do this!" but ultimately just kicked the trash can over. Paolo was followed by an intern Johann Schneider he was a taller person of quite thin physique, only 22 years old and had recently begun woking as a government-intern... H was practically drowning in documents, having to heft arround 3 suitcases, all full of documents and 2 large suitcases on wheels with personal belongings . Lastly there was the security-guard gressed in more formal-wear uniform. (images wil follow in a seperate post)

"Most Certainly" responded Aleks. He and his assistant casually stood around for a minute before he wispered to her, "I feel so out of place." They then both mutually decided to take a seat in the conference room and plan out who, with, and what alliance to make with those arriving. They sat down at their reserved location in the second row, because they both knew that the much larger nations and more important states sat in the front.
"One day we will sit up there in the front, our name will be known, we will have a powerful alliance and probably even stronger enemies..." said Aleks
"Lets put that to the side and just try to make some friends, okay?" replied his assistant.
"Yeah, yeah... no wars..."
She then handed him his Dr.Pepper, and they waited in the conference room alone.

"Oh crap," gasped Fraenxe.

"What is it now?" groaned Samuel, facepalming rather violently.

"Did our car have the Atlantean flag on it?"

"It was painted in the Atlantean colors..."

"But we changed the flag YESTERDAY!!"

"Don't worry," Samuel assured. "I've come prepared." He produced two tiny Atlantean flags, the kind that you stick in birthday cakes. "Here's one for you and one for me."

Fraenxe observed the tiny flag in his hands and groaned. "Really?"

"Hey, come on," Samuel shrugged. "Let's just make some friends here. And make an actual alliance."

"I guess," grumbled Fraenxe as he wheezed-sighed at the same time, straightening his suit and tucking the tiny flag in his suit's breast pocket.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Mitchell Adams landed at the Redhurst airport in the Gulfstream IV. Coming off the Tarmac and into the waiting SUV he pulled out his smartphone and put his brief case on the ground. The SUV started to pull away and the Gulfstream was taxied over to a nearby hangar. In the Passenger seat sat his body guard Mike, and next to him, an up and coming diplomat, Stephanie Seraph. She was here mainly to learn as this would be her first official diplomatic visit to another nation. She sat there nervously twining her long blonde hair, wrapping it around her finger.
Mitchell saw this and put a hand on her shoulder, she looked at him and smiled, stopping her nervousness. Mitchell then said, "Don't worry, this won't be too bad. Just follow me and you will do fine."

The SUV then pulled up to the building and the trio stepped out of the vehicle, and walked into the building.

Quintus Sergius stared out the window of his Cadillac waiting to arrive at the building. He finally arrived at the building, his armed guards opened the door. As he got out he breathed in the fresh air and exhaled hoping that this would be a successful meeting he walked into the building. He looked at his secretary.
"How do you think this will go?" he asked.
"I assume it will be fine."reassuring him that he was right to finally get into foreign relations.

Wolfram Fischer walked through customs, flashing his diplomatic clearance with his two guards. He had recieved orders from Tias Oroki himself, to improve foreign relations with fellow nations. He had served a while in the Stomian Embassy in Vesuvius, and now he was promoted to Chief Diplomat. He hailed a taxi waiting on the street. "Doppler Ministry of Foreign Affairs, please. Oh, can you accomodate my friends here? Last time they had to jog after us. Impressions, you see?" He explained. The cabbie simply nodded. They sped through the streets for a few minutes. Finally, they arrived. "Well, fellows, look where you and I achieved. Heh." And Wolfram walked in.

I just wish this place had Euranian as a language.

Geneva Arkanian, the Secretary of Parliament, was on her way to Redhurst. She represented Eurania as a whole. She stepped from the side of the airport entrance into a black Aventus Voyager, Euranian-owned, and exclusive to top government officials like her.

As the SUV approached the building, she began to make final preparations, saying bye to her driver, grabbing her stuff, and motioned her assistant, one of the many "daughters of the government", who were born to wealthy families, to come with her into the building.

As she walked towards the building, she gave a big sigh.

Hopefully my English is good. Well, I studied it much more.

She entered the building.

A black-painted SUVs, carrying the flag of the East Europan Imperial Alliance. Having cleared Customs, The three Imperials in the SUV were focused only on the job ahead. The Driver, Johann Eisen, was a Corporal in the Imperial 1st Army. His Lieutenant, Selvaria Bles, was in the seat behind him, next to the Crown Prince of the Empire, Maximilian. The Empire was making a risky move, sending out the Crown Prince with only one bodyguard. Granted, The bodyguard was one of the famed 'Aces of The Empire', soldiers who had proved their worth in combat to an exceptional degree. Johann was nowhere near qualified for such an honour. Only famed soldiers like Musaad the Mole and Sima the Elder, who had fought in the Southern War 10 years ago, could claim that. Selvaria, the youngest of the Aces, was quite different than the other Aces, who were aloof and a bit arrogant. She was a bit aloof, yes, but not to the point of unpleasantness. She put the safety of her men first, more-so than Yosnoa the hound, who's platoon had a high turnover rate. A tap on his shoulder alerted him to The Crown Prince, who was gazing impassively at him. "Corporal, how long until we arrive?"

Crown Prince Maximilian Gaius von Deginuave. 27 years old and very much aloof, Formal, and a tiny bit unnerving. It was common knowledge that he had a Mechanised Infantry unit under his command, including him and Selvaria. Bringing himself back to reality, he replied that they should arrive in 5 minutes. As they pulled into the parking lot of The Foreign Affairs building, Johann parked the car before getting out and opening the door for the Crown Prince, putting a hand over his left breast in the Imperial Salute as he got out, followed closely by Selvaria. Crown Prince, easily identifiable by his white and gold outfit and the red cape he wore, strode towards the entrance. Selvaria and Johann, in the black parade uniform of the Imperial Army, followed in step behind him, Johann holding onto the briefcase containing Notes for the conference.

"We're Running late sir" piped the young assistant.
It had been a long flight from the 1st New Diomede Airport to Doppler.
"We are not late, everyone else is simply early"
Czar Alexander IV had personally blessed Prime Minister Fiodor with the Honor of representing Alyasku in The Western Isles Summit, and he was not planning to disappoint.
"Your Grace," proclaimed the assistant "This is a very important meeting, several dignitaries will be there, and I am simply saying that perhaps we should pick up the pace, after all the Czar has asked-"
"I am very aware of what his Excellency has asked of me" Exclaimed Fiodor "I don't want you to think I am not taking this seriously, the very opposite in fact".
"Of course Sir, I did not mean to offend you".
"Good, now remember the meeting is within 4 hours. I need you to help me practice what to say"
"Yes your grace"
They had been approaching the Foreign Relations building at a steady pace by now. The door was just a few meters away.
"Oh, your Grace, there is one more thing I need to tell you-"
"Save It" the minister said, adjusting his tie, "Right now I've got to meet and greet"

Hudson H. Baile of New Gods kept straightening his tie and was checking his watch every five seconds, as if he was nervous.

Or maybe it was his short-term memory loss.

"Don't be so nervous, sir," said his singular guard.

"I'm not nervous, don't be silly," snapped Baile, who proceeded to bite his fingernails. "C'mon," he muttered, staring at the number above the elevator door. "We're late."

He jumped six feet into the air when the elevator doors dinged open. He turned to his guard as they proceeded to enter the room with all other delegates.

"Time to meet and greet."
