Who and why is the Great Chat thread locked?

Also lol having read through the news Ausozera thread I have noticed that the majority of news posts have something to do with the military lol. Its getting boring reading all these new WMD tests or some sort of increase in damned military funding...

I have confronted NPE and North Arkana about why they do not like me OOCly and ICly. I want to be friends with everyone here and I want peace. Not more arguing over my mental diseases and such.
