Every word of it is hyberbole pretending to be fact. As they say, you're entitled to your own opinion, not your own set of facts.
The US House of Representatives recently held the 61st vote to strike-down Obamacare, a law that has allowed more US citizens than ever before to have insurance. That said, because Republicans universally loathe it, they keep trying to kill it knowing that they'll never be able to because they will never have the votes. It's all political and pointlessly symbolic.
Same with going after TBR again, and again, and again.
All the internal monologues, sub-narratives and intrigue as to whom owes what, or did what, to whom aside, this is just trying to undo a defender loss on the gamemap. There's nothing moral about it: they raided a founderless raider-held region, turfed the natives, and then lost it. Now, they want a chance to get it back, and need a lib to do it.
