Naval Ships for sale

The budget of the CIMM(Close-a to Italian Marina Militare) is being reduced, so we are selling off some ships.(all prices are not set and are negotiable.) The ships we are selling are:
20 Venicia class destroyers(800 million each)
10 King Sauro class sub(650 million each)
40 Republica class cruisers(850 million each)
50 Horizzanto class frigates(500 million each)
10 Victor Emmanuel class aircraft carriers(3 billion each)
10 General Giuseppe amphibious assault crafts(1.5 billion each)
These will be sold at much lower prices as we have to get rid of them as fast as possible.

I would be interested in acquiring one of the remaining two General Giuseppe amphibious assault crafts as well as two of the remaining King Sauro class submarines. These ships would then be demiliterized and refitted as science submarines and a submarine tender at the dockyards in Silverport, from which they would then be loaned to the University of Leuda and their Oceanographic Research Institute in order to serve a more peaceful and worthwile use then mere warring.
In order to alleviate eventual problems with a private person owning warships, even if he promises to use them peacefully after their refit, I contacted the SDF-Navy and made a deal with them concerning the overpass of these ships: Until they are refitted, these ships will be manned by crews of the SDF-Navy on my charge, as well as I will pay for the ships themselves.

Ok, 7.2 bil or the frigates, 3.8 bill for the destroyers, 3 bil for the cruisers, 2.5 bil for the carrier, 500 mil for the AAC, 700 mil for the sub.
