Is there a list of these? I mean the part that says "Inoffensive Centrist Democracy" or "Capitalizt", etc. I'm just curious to know what options there are.

It's a nationstates wiki. Don't know what that is? Then, think wikipedia. It's the same idea. Or It might be a nationstates article on the wikipedia site.
