help!!!!

i have a huge problem... im trying to get my old nations back... they are planetary genocide, nanaki4evr, and my sisters nation, cheese loving penguins... the problem is, i cannot remember exactly what the password is... i still use the same email address that i used when i have them, and i believe i registered them all under my email (including my sisters). is there ANY WAY somebody could point me in the right direction as to how to restore these nations???

The mods would have to restore the nations, and then you would have to go to the "Forgot Your Password?" page.

Go here: http://www.nationstates.net/page=help

Select the category to restore a deleted nation, and say which nations you want revived. Once a mod brings them back, if you try to log into them there'll be the option to get a password sent to the email the nation was registered under.
