Please state new proposals and proposed in reply to this first post so that this first page be consisting of only accepted laws and Current Nations of this alliance after these this proposals are considered.

Current Proposal

Proposal One

Proposed by the Protectorate of Oasisa

In the Interest of avoiding conflict and promoting Unity and Friendship among these members of the Alliance, that all binding Alliance decisions, be they be new inductions into the Alliance or the a change in Alliance laws, that they must be Unanimously agreed to by all members of this Alliance. No law shall apply to any member of this alliance by an action of this alliance unless it is by Unanimous consent of every nation of this Alliance, including those affected. Those nations who are not part of this alliance do not have any votes in this alliance, except those nations who are being proposed to be in this alliance, who must give their consent to enter this alliance. Those nations who are inducted into this Alliance must immediately abide by all current governing laws of this alliance, except those the preexisting alliance makes to the contrary.

Also, all nations of this Alliance entering this Alliance must abide by the following:

"(Nation under consideration of being inducted into this Alliance), do you agree to join the Alliance Structure of (all current nations of said alliance structure listed above) and enter into the eternal friendship with every member of this alliance as long as you remain in this alliance? And do you agree to protect said nations against their enemies (up to and including assistance to allied nations involved in wars through either direct military means, economic support, general assistance, diplomatic support, political support or humanitarian support to allies through protection, aid, or shelter) and reject any hostile actions against allies, either directly or through proxy? If so, you may join this Alliance, after the Unanimous agreement of all the states in this alliance to agree to the same for (Nation being considered for joining the alliance structure)".

All said promises of the above must also apply between already existing members of this Alliance, who are listed above.

Proposal Two

Proposed by the Empire of Taigawa and supported by the Protectorate of Oasisa

The name of this alliance shall be: "The Ecumae Alliance", as the meaning of Ecumae is "Peace, stability and Protection".

The motto of this alliance shall be "Peace, Stability, Protection and Friendship"

That the Reaper Empire be denounced as an evil and a threat to this Alliance and all decent nations of all multiverses, both existant and non existant?

I agree with Proposals one two and four. I agree with proposal one because I think it's makes the alliance more like an allaince than a dictatorship, I agree with proposal four for obvious reasons and I agree with proposal two because I like the sound of it.
However I disagree with proposal three because I think our motto should be United We Stand, Divided We Fall, because I think it points out that we are nothing on our own but together we are strong and it also has a very alliancey (new word:) feel to it.

I think we should all be equal in this alliance because at the moment Taigawa seems to be dominating it. I think all members should have equal powers.

This council will be up for election at the end of every month to ensure that other members will be able to wield power. If for any reason should a member of the council come under suspicion of incompitance, or be found to endanger the stability of the alliance, a vote of No Confidence may be held, also by the majority of those not in the council. If the accused is found to be incompitent, then he/she may be removed from power.

Within the Council, It be by majority to forestall the possibility of a deadlock (It will not prevent the possibility entirely.) To be fair, I believe the counciliors themselves should be counted as two votes due to their importence. As more members join, the impact of this, while still powerful,, will begin to deminish.

Proposal 6

The Protectorate of Oasisa believes that the members of this Alliance should have the absolute right to exercise their policies as they see fit within their own borders, without any interference from any law this Alliance will pass. The alliance should concern itself with relationships among members, not their internal affairs.

Part of the reason the Protectorate of Oasisa moved to the 10000 islands was the freedom to exercise it polices within its own borders without interference. The Protectorate of Oasisa believes this right to be absolute for every nation, and will not excercise or recognize any external rulings that interfere with its own internal policy. That right should extend to every member of this alliance.
