The year is 1901. After the assassination on president McKinley by the hands of the anarchist Leon Czolgosz, the entirety of the United States of America finds itself in a political crisis. Political, rebel and military groups declare themselves independent from the federal government that struggles to keep it's power. The Armed Forces of the United States is scattered across the country, as the lack of communications with Headquarters lead to thousands of deserters and forces being completely routed by rebel groups. This is the second civil war.
Will you be a general of the almost wiped out Army trying to unite the Union with the odds against you, as the rebels destroys railroads, take supplies and ambush you as you wander through the wilderness or try to retake cities? Will you be a political leader, trying to spread your ideology or protect your conservative values rooted in this country? Will you lead a deserted force or milita, to create your own independent state in the former United states? The choice is yours.
