Ratsukai hasnt had a president since it's brief period as a Communist Republic from 1933 - 1956.

Our current leader, however, is Emperor Chakaen Matsuku II. I would show a picture, but the Emperor does not like us displaying himself to the people of other, inferior nations.

I don't think "president" is the right word to use here.. Presidents are leaders of republics aren't they? Unless there are exceptions that I'm unaware of...

The Dukes of Hemenster from 1384 are:

1384-1413 – James Lyttelton, 1st Duke of Hemenster
1413-1439 – Henry Lyttelton, 2nd Duke of Hemenster
1439-1452 – Charles Lyttelton, 3rd Duke of Hemenster
1452-1467 – William Lyttelton, 4th Duke of Hemenster
1467-1519 – Sarah Lyttelton, 5th Duchess of Hemenster
1519-1549 – Timothy Lyttelton, 6th Duke of Hemenster
1549-1566 – Edward Lyttelton, 7th Duke of Hemenster
1566-1582 – Grace Lyttelton, 8th Duchess of Hemenster
1582-1598 – Mary Lyttelton, 9th Duchess of Hemenster
1598-1640 – Thomas Lyttelton, 10th Duke of Hemenster
1640-1676 – Peter Lyttelton, 11th Duke of Hemenster
1676-1705 – Helen Lyttelton, 12th Duchess of Hemenster
1705-1742 – Katherine Lyttelton, 13th Duchess of Hemenster
1742-1756 – Harry Lyttelton, 14th Duke of Hemenster
1756-1762 – Ronald Lyttelton, 15th Duke of Hemenster
1762-1793 – Frederick Lyttelton, 16th Duke of Hemenster
1793-1809 – Anne Lyttelton, 17th Duchess of Hemenster
1809-1829 – Rebecca Lyttelton, 18th Duchess of Hemenster
1829-1874 – Philip Lyttelton, 19th Duke of Hemenster
1874-1898 – Humphrey Lyttelton, 20th Duke of Hemenster
1998-1947 – Siobhan Lyttelton, 21st Duchess of Hemenster
1947-1961 – Alexandria Lyttelton, 22nd Duchess of Hemenster
1961-1987 – Clementina Lyttelton, 23rd Duchess of Hemenster
1987-present – Nicholas Lyttelton, 24th Duke of Hemenster

Next in line is Millicent Lyttelton, who currently holds the Duke's subsidiary title of the 12th Countess of Huntford (so AKA Lady Huntford).

we don't have presidents.
we have councils on which authority is never invested in their individual members,
but only in the decisions of the entire council as a whole.
cameroi never invest authority in single individuals,
reguardless of what names or titles such positions might be known by.
this being both by constitiution and by prevailing custom and the vast majority
of customs of the indiginous cultures of cameroi.
truth isn't what i say. isn't what you say. isn't what anybody says. truth is what is there, when no one is saying anything.

We don't have presidents, we have Prime Ministers. And they are not "leaders", they are more like a chairman of the Cabinet. And they certainly have no "power". What little power the government has is held by Parliament.

The average term of office for a Prime Minister is about a year - the current Prime Minister, Mickey Chang, has served eight non-consecutive terms himself - so it isn't practical to list all of them. If it's any consolation, by the time you read this it's quite possible that the Foreign Minister, Harlan Escrow, will be the new Prime Minister.
