Dear Murakami Akira,

Representative of Alleswerken AG International Sales and Import Manager emailed me this morning to inform you of the company’s intention to trade once more with your exporting body under firm fixed price terms and conditions.

The company concerned is looking to procure 60 of your Type 65 Chi-Nu main battle tank design with lump sum method of payment chosen for this fixed price contract. Contract payment will be made in Quertz russling (§), which according to the latest International Securities and Exchange Commission report has the following rate: “A Yohannesian needs to spend at least §118.95 Quertz russling (§) to be able to afford 1 NationStates Dollar or Universal Standard Dollar (NS$/US$).”

Opening transaction for lump sum payment (14,987,700,000 Quertz russling; 126,000,000 NationStates Dollars) will be made pending approval — it includes 1.4% exchange payment § to NS$/US$ and 1.4% NS$/US$ to the Great Nifon Ryō.

Since Stojam's joining to SACTO, the Defense Ministry has decided to reform the Stojamian Armed Forces of the Soviet/Russian equipment it is presented with and slowly modernize our army with SACTO equipment.
The Republic of Stojam is a Slavic, Post-Soviet nation that was always troubled with insurgencies from Communists and various Islamist uprisings. Before the 1991 Revolution we were forced to bear with the disease of Communism but since then the red menace has fallen, and so did our former regime. With that, our ambitions began to prosper, we were able to cleanse most of our country from Communism, but there are still insurgent and renegade movements that trouble our peaceful existence. To be able to help SACTO with it's goals of eradicating Communism from the world, it must have a compatible military force, for the first step of modernity and progress, we will purchase Nifonese Arakawa Type 8 rifles and Type 24 recoilless rifles for our Special Operations regiments and the domestic producing rights to them. We chose those weapons as they are ideal for a Commando/SOF's needs and will be used in Deep Recon/DA missions around the world.
No modifications will be needed for these weapons, as we buy the models for testing purposes and we will buy the DPR for them, to produce the weapons more efficiently.
We are expecting the order to be proceeded until 13.02.2019 (Stojamian Time), we would be very happy if you would deliver it to the Chernogorsk Naval Port, we will deliver it from there to the nearest naval base.

The amount of weapons and their prices and types of ammunition will be specified below in an attachment.
