Our forces and allies have triumphed at last. After week after week of bloody fighting and persistent resistance, the rebel scum have been vanquished! Western Pejite as of this letter's writing is 90% secure, and the kingdom is in high spirits.

Of course, we (including me, the defense minister, and my fellow top military officials) could not have done it without help. The royal government of Pejite, and the Pejitean Military Forces (along with the newly autonomous Pejitean Forces in the West group) give their warm thanks to VAPON, to its personnel who have fought valiantly and bravely, and to those especially who have fallen for Pejitean lives. His majesty, King Asabel IV has given royal consent to award the dead Purple Crescents in recognition of their service.

Finding your services satisfactory, and applauding the devotion of your personnel, we would like to add an extra 1 year of service to our existing contract, if that is agreeable. Objectives will be almost the same, except that security personnel will have more of a security standby role. Also, we would like to request replacements for those lost. We are ashamed to say that we have no data right now on VAPON personnel forces casualties because we do not track the data of foreign forces in the kingdom (unless specifically dictated or given explicit permission). Our best estimates are 10 to 15 deaths, and 11 more wounded. Thankfully, we are sure that no VAPON vehicles were destroyed, but some have superficial damages.
