What is your religion? [Monotheistic Version]

Postby Czesc » Sat Apr 11, 2015 3:31 pm

I'm doing a poll to find out what nationstates most believed religion is. Please don't argue, insult, or be racist. Sorry there are to many religions for me to do polytheistic religions. I will create another poll with polytheistic religions if this gets at least 100 votes. I'm pretty sure Sikhism is a monotheistic religion right?
Yay! We reached 100 votes. Here is the link to the Polytheistic version. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=338140

Sorry I couldn't do Mormonism, Protastentism or Catholism, or Anglicanism, or Christian Scientist, Lutheranism, or Bahá'í, it said I entered to many poll options.

I'm Jewish btw. But my nation doesn't reflect on my real life views. I just created a Jewish communist country.

I acknowledge that there are too many religions for you to list them all, but how about just the religions with over, say, 100 million members?

Currently, none. But I'm interested in Hinduism, which is not monotheistic so it doesn't count for this thread so, eh.

Isn't Hare Krishna a form of Hinduism?

The Hare Krishna is a mantra... There's also a movement which, IIRC, relies on some Hinduism teachings. They do follow very select passages of the Bhagavad Gitta and the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam. And although their tradition comes from a group that has converts in India since the 15th century, I don't know if the ISKCON themselves are considered Hinduist.

Some sects of Hinduism believe all the gods are just aspects of one God.
The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is a genuine workers' state in which all the people are completely liberated from exploitation and oppression. The workers, peasants, soldiers and intellectuals are the true masters of their destiny and are in a unique position to defend their interests.

Some sects do, but not all. I guess umbrella terms are that way.

It looks pretty much the same to me. Maybe there are some superficial differences.
