AUTISM AWARENESS MONTH + the vaccine debate

April is autism awareness month! do any of you know someone who has a form of autism? do you have it?

also, the debate on vaccines causing it, what is your opinion? i think that vaccines are more helpful than harmful, and dont cause autism. even if they did, an alive child with some difficulties in communicating is better than a dead one.

Just this July i found out i have Aspergers syndrome. It came as a shock at first but now i am comfortable with it.

there no real vaccine debate. the answer is just a long extended "nooooooooooooooooooooooo".

i have it is quite annoying at times

The evidence for vaccines causing autism was fabricated by a doctor (who has since lost his license) attempting to collude with business partners to make money from resulting lawsuits. It's completely bunk that has been refuted again and again, and anyone who believes it has either been deceived or is a deceiver.

I have Asperger's. My brother has severe autism. My arch-enemy also has Asperger's. I do not believe vaccines cause autism.

I was diagnosed with Aspergers when I was younger.

So yes, I do suffer from ASD.

An easy solution to autism would be to just not waste any resources on trying to make autists equal with non-autists and natural selection would take its course. Research for autism? Sure. Wasting time on autists? No.

And besides asbergers people are "better" (quotes because i don't mean that but nothing else i can think of can describe it quite right).
