The Commonwealth Seeks Assitance from Established Nations

I would like to take the floor and ask for assistance in the following capacities

I. Logistical expertise and assets in helping my nation hold general elections. We do have assemblies but currently I am mostly dictating through executive orders (See NatDoc# LEG031115b)

II. We need established nations to acknowledge us and ratify our constitution.


In exchange you will be allowed to influence what is done with our uranium stock pile.

1 Founding.
2 Flag Creation.
3 Constitution.
4 Census.

4 Protocol on organizing documents and editing after date it was issued.

The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.
