You lack context. While you may view the attacks raiders make against TEK as evil, you do have to understand that there was probably never a moment in time when TEK was truly doing quite alright.

He isn't getting the region back; I made clear to Anders even if we went on for a full merge that we'd keep it as a trophy. Majority of the active community has come to us and they are free to stay - however they will follow the rules just like everyone else.

I've told him to just lock it and move on - seems like he's followed my desires

I understand that any agreement between the parties is likely void at this point, but unconditionally returning the founder account to the Coup is not the result I was expecting. At least some observance of the previous arrangement should have been made, and from there the three rightful owners of the account could work out how to proceed-

This would have been a fairer and more just position that would have likely lead to the same result that we have now, but would have left Moderation unscathed as far as endorsing phishing of shared accounts. This is a most unwelcome precedent that I will hold against the staff for some time.
