I can't help but notice a large portion of your argument is that The Black Rider's approach to accelerating democracy to put their democratically elected delegate into the seat on other regions, relies on the Black Rider's presence not being asked for.

I will be the first to point out that defenders aren't asked to defend a large portion of the regions they defend, so why is it that they are permitted to do as they like, when they like it, without their presence being asked for?

So, I've been thinking. Does a change in who controls The Black Riders mean that my original commendation no longer has any merit? My answer: No!

The new black riders have not done enough to merit a commendation on their own, but they have done enough for me to change up my commendation with some new content that I think people will be more supportive of. The message of my commendation has not changed, but the "black and white" argument is a bit stronger now with the new black riders being good guys. Anyways, I think that this proposal still has merit, and I look forward to any commentary/criticism of it. Also, if theree are any illegalities, please tell me, I'm a bit out of practice writing proposals.

Make the actions of the New government more prominent, probably by placing them at the beginning rather than the end, and you might get more support.
