The FallCorp has a long history of real commodity investment, as well as targeted investment is high potential ventures.
FallCorp views the WeSteel firm, as a safe long term fininacial investment, and as such seeks to obstain sizable holdings in the firm to both finance said likely growth, and of course seek long term profitability. With respect FallCorp will preemptively agree to never seek majority shareholder status, as control of the firm is not a goal.

10,000 shares, at the listed price of $25 a share totals $250,000.
We would be willing to purchase 100% of those 10,000 shares.
We would also be interested in knowing what the total % of WeSteel Iron stock that 10,000 shares represents.
