I want to show my citizens a picture. How?

I recently came up with my borders and I wish to show people them. How should I go about doing this? (It's a JPEG document.)

This should be in technical.
First you have to upload the picture somewhere (i.e. imgur or Tinypic) and, once the image is uploaded, copy the image url (in your case, it should have .jpg or .jpeg at the end). If you're doing it as a forum post, press the Img button and just paste it in.
If you're doing it in your factbook or as a dispatch, then do the same as above, except - rather than submit the reply/thread, copy it, open up a new factbook or whatever and paste it in.
