The Isle of Skies demands that your nation return the seat of power to the civilian government or consequences will be made to convince you otherwise to do so.

The siberian military ignores the warning from foreign governments and proceeds with its plan to destroy the remains of the siberian government.
The siberian military starts a air campaign to drown out the civilian government and assume total control and also will crush any resistance from siberia.

The afro-euasian military starts to mobilize and declares war on the military government of siberia in order to reclaim its border regions and that since that the military government has not changed its policy of oppressing afro-euasians within siberia.
The arms support were defective in order to gain a advantage to destroy the siberian military government and the civilian government in order to retain control and to bring siberia back to the empire of afro-euasia.

Time: 1800 Hours-6 P.M

The room stayed quiet as several high ranking officers and multiple bureaucrats began to find their seats within a closed off room. In the center was a projector attached to a laptop flashing several pictures of the geography maps of Siberia and Afro-euasia and pictures of the military move to overthrow the civilian government. Everyone was waiting for three people to arrive: I.S.I.O Third in command Amanda Screen, Prince General Edward Florenzo, and the Administer of Foreign affairs Rebecca Black. As they entered Prince General and Rebecca took seats in the back with other members of the Royal family, most notably Prince Alexander Florenzo II the Crowned prince of Isle of Skies. Amanda went to the front where everyone's eyes focused on her.

"Good evening everyone. By now most of you have heard of the incident that has occurred in Eastern Siberia, but for those who haven' I shall explain." She reached for a remote next to the laptop and began going through the pictures of the recent events in Siberia. "As most of you know tensions in this region of the planet have been extremely unstable. Territories and islands belonging to the Siberia land mass has come and gone from the hands of many nations. Now, one of the most stable countries of the region has gone through a coup d'é-tat and the government has been overthrown. Now in exile in the forests the military has been bombing and destroying the land searching for the government. To make matters worse Afro-euasia has declared war on the dictator and his goons to 'reclaim' the lands of Eastern Siberia." Spoke Amanda Screen with such authoritative and serene words you could have sworn she was raised to do this.

"What do you propose Mrs. Screen?" Asked Director Adams of P.S.I as he flicked ash from his cigarette into the ashtray besides him.

"Several of us at I.S.I.O propose we aid the Afro-euasia government with weapons and ammunition along with providing three hundred men of our medical corps of the army to aid their wounded from the battles that will commence on an agreement that they can keep all of Eastern Siberia except for the island of Sakhalin Oblast which, if they agree, will be given to us at the end of the war. Sakhalin will then be used as a refugee station for those who choose to flee from Afro-euasia. We will then commence a construction of housing units, educational building and Utility stations across the nation. Along with the construction will be an air and naval base for Isle of Skies. Any questions?"

"Who sanctioned this if I may ask?" spoke one of the Bureaucrats.

"King Jericho has sanctioned this himself as long as it goes no farther then police actions. He does not want a war on his hands as Isle of Skies reenters the global stage of politics. However, if tensions persist he will be willing to land combat troops on the ground as long as it is not against Afro-euasia. Politically the royal family sees Afro-euasia as a possible ally and trade partner in the future. So if this plan of Amanda's begins to infringe on that it will be removed from the table." Answered Prince Alexander.

Everyone in the room began muttering to each other there own thoughts and opinions but none of them spoke out against the idea since King Jericho himself sanctioned it. Everyone however were worried about it since it has been so long since Isle of Skies has gotten involved in anything that was outside of the homeland. Director Adams was the only one to stand up and when he did everyone in the room went silent.
"Alright Mrs. Screen. You have P.S.I's support and my own generous good luck to your operation. I know that there is more to this then simply taking the island if King Jericho agreed upon it, but whatever it is, you better hope you're successful. Your job may rely on it." Said Mr. Adams calmly with a small grin on his face. After that the meeting was finished and operations had begun.

With this coalition Isle of Skies is willing to provide you with weapons and ammunition to be used against the dictator of Eastern Sibera and provide you with 300 medical officers of Isle of Skies to aid your wounded on the battlefield. If the war proves to be longer than two weeks then we are willing to aid your military with Air support if you agree. We would also like to create trade agreements between our nations to benefit our economies. In return, however, for this coalition we would like the small island of Sakhalin Oblast. If you agree to these terms we will send the first transport of the weapons and ammunition to your nation along with one hundred of the medical officers as soon as possible. The next shipments after the first will be carrying the other two hundred medical officers. We await for your response.

The 2rd army group has been pushed back further from the border,but a new commando unit from the north has been deployed to destroy and burn ammo supplies and slowing down the afro-euasian military invasion and artillery has been set up near the capital of winter city to deter the invasion force of afro-euasia while the Siberian rangers attacks from the east to destroy the civilian government that is exiled in the forests.

On the other side of the world, a meeting is being held in the Imperial Palace. At attendance his Majesty Juan Amalia III, the empires high ranking military officers and the Imperial foreign minister.

Duke of Durango, the Imperial foreign minister speaks. 'Your Majesty with this current change in government in Siberia, now is the opportune time to increase our influence around the world. That is why I suggest that we recognize and support both militarily and economically the Siberian military government. In return, we will ask to be supplied with oil and rare minerals that we have trouble securing. Also, we will ask for preferential trade and the right to lease a port for the use of our naval ships."

Imperial Admiral Orendo comments next. "Your majesty, I and the other top military support this plan. Having a future Naval base in Asia will do much to expand our worldwide influence. It will also allow us to defend Rio Cana interest in that part of the world."

His Majesty in deep though finally says "Even though this might bring us into conflict with some nations in that part of the world, we have much to gain by securing an ally and port in Asia. Therefore, I will approve of this plan." Has his majesty stands up to leave the room, all in the room bow.

The Siberian military government is contacted a few hours later. Unfortunately, sailing at full speed it will take one month for an initial force of 25000 Rio Cana Imperial troops to arrive via an Imperial naval task force. They have to go around the Southern tip of South America since they cannot use the Panama canal.

Yan pondered this while staring at the chess match him and his uncle and Chancellor Lulong were playing.
"Hmm....I see advantages in both sides,which side should we support Lulong?Check".He moves his Bishop near the King.
Lulong studied the board whilst thinking which side to support.
"Well,both sides would be advantagous,but I believe we should support the rebels".He calmly rids the Bishop with a Rook.
"I see....Why so"?Yan asks as he moves his Knight near the Rook,ready to take it.
"Well,I see that if we support them,we will have a mainly military power to need us to help them in political situations,expanding our influence".Lulong explained,whilst taking the Knight with his Pawn.
"I see......Veey well....How many troops should we send"?Yan asked while moving his Queen near Lulong's King."Check".
"I believe 1 million,milord.We should prepare to fight guerrilla style and use rockslides.Checkmate".Lulong took the King with his pawn.
Yan looked up,unsurprised at this result.
"Very well,send General Jing immediately".He ordered.

The military government of siberia agrees to the deal and made sure to protect naval units in the yellow sea from afro-euasia and korea and the military's eastern front has been dedicated with more forces as the siberian government is seen as weak and is not a threat to the military while the naval 7th fleet has been deployed to attack a naval military port in order to reduce afro-euasian naval capablity in the yellow sea.
