A full scale civil war has broken out between the Maoist-Leninist government of the USSAJ and the Gaddafist-Pan-Arabian opposition forces that already established a state with no recognition. It all originated with the President's Maoist-Leninist reforms made some radical Gaddafi oppositioners unhappy, and they started to rebel. Fighting has broke out! Tesla coils! Knightmare frames! Apocalypse tanks! Meanwhile, imperialists attempt to exploit our precious soil at this time.......

In support of our allies in the USSAJ, the People's Republic of Cedoria will send shipments of military aid, including ammunition, handheld and heavy weapons to be airdropped to assist government forces in the region to crush this counter-revolutionary revolt. The People's Republic of Cedoria has always believed in the doctrine of People's War espoused by Maoism, and therefore, we support the recent reforms being made by President Ghelsari. We are also in the process of mobilising a task force of ground forces to be sent to the USSAJ to fight alongside the government in conducting military and counter-insurgency operations against the "Green Opposition"

A number of 12,000 troops will be mobilized from Algeria and Egypt to repel the enemy. 3 of our 5 elite Apocalypse Divisions will also mobilize to take back the strategic points occupied by the rebels. We are starting conscripting militia, and expect an emergency fighting force of 600,000 may be accomplished. The nation has entered DEFCON 2 (even though the systems not actually used) and state emergency. The rebels have gone too great, and something must be done in order to stop them. Scheduled 80 missiles will be fired at rebel strategic points, and more artillery will be used to support frontline troops.

In support, Adiedren will ship supplies for the soldiers of USSAJ, some weaponary and a couple of tanks hoping the aid would help. We will also send out a special force unit to try and assist your operation. We are doing this to defend socialism in the region

In order to combat the government forces, 2 divisions from the proper army will be deployed around the city of Sirte. They are armed fully with army rifles, tanks, and more proper shoulder fired missiles. We have conscripted 30,000 as well, and they are receiving basic fighting training. We are re-activating the old Soviet-built defences dating back to the 2040s in Sirte. Tesla Coils are recharged, and the walls are strengthened and ready. Our troops are also trained to use the coils and other high-tech weaponry. We are also starting to use Knightmares we captured in a secret factory 67 km south of Sirte. All weapons will be used to fight the communist menace.

Previous Sirte Party Chairman Ahmed Aamer accused of the government deliberately oppressing "dissents", and urges all sides to overthrow the rotten communist regime and eventually install true people's authority. "President Gheisari is a total fool," he says, "trying to install communism like that. We should not let them get their way and let them oppress people brutally with such a bad ideology."

The fact that the rebels are holding knightmares and tesla coils and other intimidating weaponry has caused an emergency discussion right within the 12th People's Socialist Party party congress. President Gheisari, Chairman of Party Ben Karlem al-Ajlani and many others all attended the discussion.
"We need a quick solution to the problem." said the Minister of Internal Affairs Ibrahim Nerazhov, "Sirte is only 460 km from Tripoli, and within a 4 hr trip they can arrive here and take all of us prisoners." "We are mobilizing troops. But that's not enough, we need to figure out how to stop the enemy from being able to use those destructive things like Knightmares." General Zhang Huiping argued. Obviously he knew that 12,000 infantry can't be able to combat knightmares, no matter how great their numbers are, without any of these authorized weapons only found in the mechanised divisions. After going a long discussion, they came out with a plan. A plan that could solve some problems, but at least thats all they could do.
Frontline, area around Sirte
Unleashing the knightmares and tesla tanks the rebels were invincible. They captured more and more towns, and the gov forces just could not destroy them. Both side casualties around 2,200, with only 1 knightmare by the rebels destroyed by 19 shots from a skilled missile trooper, presumably dead anyway afterwards.

Fierce fighting in Ajdabiya, the USSAJ gov troops held on for more than 3 days, but however a surprise skirmish happened and the town was lost.

Meanwhile, rebels of the Green Opposition march forward to Misrata. They will claim the town from the oppressive communist gov forces, and liberate the city from the great bear.
=======MISRATA FRONTLINE=======
The rebels advanced surprisingly fast, blasting government tanks in their way with knightmares and missiles. Upon arriving in Misrata, they immediately set up artillery, and falconer troops on the rebel side were ready to throw the laser targets for the attack drones. They encountered a fairly strong resistance at the Libyan Iron 'n' Steel Complex, however and with only AK47s and simple hand grenades they were unable to capture the confinement. They decided to use tanks to siege the complex, but just as the T80 was about to advance forward it was demolished by sudden fire from inside the building. Both sides continued to struggle on, till they were all exhausted and out of ammunition. The rebels decided to siege the enemy inside with choppers, and soon the promised air strike arrived.
Some missiles soared down like birds, then detonated upon the steel complex. Huge smoke emerged and the troops could barely see anything. When the smoke was all gone, the complex laid in ruins, and the rebels thought this would be easy to capture it this time. However, remaining troops that survived the explosion fired back with rifles and grenades, and the charging green opfor at the front were shot down like wheat being harvested by sickles. Fighting went on as the communist forces dared not to give up even 1 square foot of land.

"Well, well, well, they've captured Algiers," grumbled Ma Jianrong, the chief-of-staff of the defense forces. "How could they just enter the city and raise their green flag without any resistance at all? How could they get so popular?" He was in great confusion. The officials of the Algerian Jamahiriya did not yet evacuate and were all taken prisoners by the rebels at Algiers. "General! We just received message, 3 divisions in Algeria has fallen onto the Opposition's side!" "What? WHAT? What did you say?" Ma couldn't believe it. "I repeat! General! 3 divisions ARE ON THE OTHER SIDE!" The telephone barked desperately. In those 3 divisions there was 1 mechanised division, full with tanks, mechs and steves. The general felt that he was losing support. More and more forces are surrendering to the opposition every day. Yesterday it was 1 regiment, today 3 divisions with 1 of them being mechanised. The situation was very desperate. If it continues like that, Tripoli will soon fall and the whole nation will crumble, and be destroyed by the green reactionary scum. Nevertheless, Ma continued his duty as the chief-of-staff, overseeing and commanding the frontline forces.
Misrata Airport, Misrata, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya
The rebels would just like to take the airport, however they didn't get their wish and the troops garrisoning the place fought back fiercely. The rebels charged like 3 times or so but could not capture it. Then artillery support came along with Cedorian-supplied munitions as well as the assistance from the communist coalition nations. The rebels, at last, had their own tank corps to solve the problem, and sent out the t80s and the t72s, hopefully destroying any resistance. However, just as the invincible tanks seemed about to flood the airport and the gov will lose this strategic point, there was a sound of 2 guns. The T80 in the front was destroyed, incinerated to pieces. Out of the rubble caused by earlier fighting charged out the rebel's most feared units——the Apocalypse Tanks. Apocalypse soon came onto the rebels, and the rebel forces were no match. The force besieging the airport was destroyed without mercy, and before long the apocalypse division in Misrata launched a whole scale offensive, pushing the surprised rebels back tens of kilos all the way back to the deserts.The tanks did save the city, but what would come on in the future still needs observation.

Meanwhile in Algeria a force of 20,000 is mobilized to retake Algiers, captured by the insurgents.
========Northern Algeria========
A squadron of 23 tanks attacked insurgent outposts, destroying the enemy artillery positions, only with a casualty of 2 tanks destroyed. Rocket artillery retaliated with hundreds of rocket shells raining down on the rebels. Rebel positions are in chaos, and air strikes are frequently launched to blast their heavy armour. We will start a long push towards Algiers, and we vow to take it back.

The offensive towards Algiers was met furiously by knightmare frames, who blasted the tanks of the government forces just before they could make a move. The rebels with captured weaponry from Algiers advanced forward, marching east to claim Tunis and Tripoli. Parti-cannons fired from day to night. Thousands of loyal followers of Gaddafi's Third International Theory marched forward with their Qu'ran and Green Books, ready to defeat the communist scum and re-install a true people's authority. The gov was repelled with fully mechanised arsenals, and the members of the opposition occupied another few provinces in Algeria instead. This was a great victory for the opposition; it will not be long before the whole of Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and Egypt will become green.

By orders of Archduke Heinrich Augsburg Takahara, supplies and slightly more advanced models of Knightmare Frames (the Sutherland) were to dispatched in complete secrecy to the green forces. Any agents of Euro Japonia were ordered to play their part as military officers of the Gaddafist forces. With time, their forces were grouped as two separate regiments, fighting for the green forces. The "North African Liberation Army" was, thus, established.

J-19 fighter planes paradrops 10'000 troops of the People's Revolutionary Army to the capital, Tripoli, meeting with government forces there. They are under strict orders from Communist Party Chairman Vallance Vallen to only engage in combat operations with the support of their allies. Thus, PRA Commanders present themselves to the USSAJ Leaders.

"Comrades, Our glorious Party, vanguard of the Socialist revolution have sent us here to assist you. We are to engage in combat operations in support of your forces at your direction. Where do you need us most?"

"Comrades, we have suffered a defeat like Kharkov," the general said, "Our offensive towards Algiers was a total disaster. Now the rebels have cut Algeria in half; they also pushed further east, aiming for Tunisia, our supply of Sakuradite and Redstone ore. Without these 2 resources we would crumble and the revolution will fail. We hope you to assist us on the Tunisian frontline, repel all rebels and secure the resources."

The leaders of the opposition forces thank Gigaverse for their generous support. Meanwhile troops are continuing the push east towards Tunisia, where strategic resources are yield.

The Politicians in Hastiaka heard about this issue and discussed inside the High-end and Impregnable Aere Island Headquarters, they discussed whether to send the HSS Archdivinity, the Largest and Most sophisticated aircraft supercarrier of The Region.

However, by all means necessary, The Army is just a Self - Defense Force, Furthermore, the Politicians voted to use the Supercarrier as means of transportation of the Hastiakan Red Cross.

Meanwhile in the Senate, a referendum vote was initiated. On the matter whether the Hastiakan Self Defense Forces will evolve into the Hastiakan Armed Forces. Currently, the HSDF's High-ranking majority votes to remain as a Self Defense Force.

The rebels ignorantly ignore Hastiakan warnings. They continue to oppose the government violently and do not disarm.
OOC:We don't use oil. We have new power sources and in our timeline oil was all depleted after a nuclear war. Fossil fuels don't exist anymore, at least as a fuel.

"We shouldn't continue this violence!" Ahmed Aamer, the bearded man, seemed not to approve the rebel's actions. "We should instead hold pressure on the government and restore the legality of the Sirte Party!" "Ahmed, you honestly think those communists may allow us to exist within this realm legally?" Major General Mohammed Darwish seemed not to believe in peace, "We must overthrow these scum with violence. You can't make omelettes without breaking eggs." "But think of the people! They are suffering from it!" "Ahmed, if you continue to dream of a harmonious 'democratic land' that has no violence at all, like an utopia, then I tell you, THAT PLACE IS JANNAH (paradise/heaven)!!!!" Furious Darwish took out his Makarov, and shot the old defenceless Ahmed. He never liked Ahmed's Gandhi style of ways and always thought he was a rock on his road to power. "You......" Abdul bin Kahveman, the former chief-of-staff, was shocked. He fearfully ran away, going off to rally a skirmish team by jeep. Darwish didn't want a people's authority or something democratic and good for the people. He wanted POWER. Kahveman and the other founder Khejrov was deeply aware of that, but only joined forces with him because he controlled the mechanised divisions in Algeria, and that was essentially vital for the rebels. It turned out that the result would be bad.
The next day, A1 highway, Algeria
Mohammed Darwish's troops, on tanks and on knightmare frames modified to carry troops ("Freightmares") were advancing on the highway, preparing to fight the government forces at the front. All of a sudden some desert guerrillas emerged out of nowhere and attacked them. Shoulder missile troops ambushed the knightmares with Javelin-type missiles, much more advanced than the standard Pashtun. It was Kahveman's forces, attempting to stop the devilish Darwish's diabolical plans. But Darwish's troops fought back fiercely and defeated the skirmishers. The battle raged on for 3 hours, but it turned out that the skirmishers had lost, suffered a casualty of 101 men, and Kahveman who was commanding the skirmishers attempted to escape by jeep, but a missile hit him and he died. Darwish had no more enemies in his way; Khejrov would only manage financial affairs and won't pose a threat, and General Tazim was busy in Cyrenaica mobilising militia.

Zuwara, Libya
The North African Liberation Army (NALA) has been fielded in the far-western point of Libya, in the port of Zuwara. Their objective was to completely clear the port city of its communist authorities, and gain the support of local citizenry. They were empowered through driving Sutherland Knightmare Frames - an advantage they'd make full use of against the enemy.

Paratroopers landed near the Gaddafist controlled Algeria and with them, Hastiakan International Observers and Red Cross members, the task force headed to Algiers.

Hours later, they managed to control a General Hospital in Algiers and raised World Assembly and Security Council flags, and also waving a flag that states Neutrality. currently, the 105 Medical workers and 50 Security force members are not sure whether the Terrorists deems the General Hospital as a Neutral zone.

Soon, Hundreds of injured civilians entered the hospital. The Commonwealth does not have Knightmares, as they are deemed to costly to be operated. But they have a weapon specialized to bring down these Mechanical Monsters.

''Dr Sanchez! bring these injured to Room A1 and A2, hey! nurse! I need you to compress an Icebag on this one.'' The Chief doctor said to the Medical workers.

The Security force barricaded the Hospital with sandbags and wooden planks, while both enforcing the International Law.

Two Hastiakan Armored Personal Carriers were blockading the Gates to ensure that no Rebels would take hold of the Hospital Grounds.
