I am almost entirely sure that this nominee spammed my forum with porn in the past, and I will be dammed that we give a low level porn spammer another badge.

I might support this... but a second condemnation is unlikely, since it has only happened to one nation (Milograd).

Durk deserves this more than Milograd deserves either of his. RP honoring resolutions are absolute bullsh*t. Durk at least did something terrible.
