The Tuvan army is being mobilized under the command of Field Marshal Winston oog-Sham,and 5 million of the 29 million reserve have been transported into the active military,so now there is 24 million reserve and 10 million active.

Sorry, Samarkand and other major cities are under lockdown due to rebels in the FCAR. We cannot hold the talks there.

The People's Republic of Cedoria will be withdrawing it's monitoring team inside Heco as a result of the danger posed to them by Tuvan military actions. Since we have cultivated good relations with both these nations, we invite both the Tuvan Premier and the Hecovian King to come to our capital, Poras, for peaceful negotiations with Cedoria overseeing as a mediator.

After the Supreme Council of Justice decided to declare war on Heco, a meeting with top government officials was held in Almaty.
The meeting was about creating a war strategy against Heco.

The meeting was about to end. President Ria announces that
"Heco is a clear enemy of the FCAR and her ally Tuva SSR. They seem to have more slightly advanced weapons. Therefore, our
tactic should be quick and swift. We should start by bombing the Hecovian border. After that, the enemy will back up from the
border to avoid more bombings. Later, we'll use that to our advantage and start moving our tanks and troops quickly to avoid
being countered by the enemy. When that is done, we shall heavily bomb the Hecovian countryside to ensure that all enemy
troops will move back to avoid the bombs. Our tanks and soldiers will take it from here. We shall call this
"Operation Falling Thunder".
