Royal Levantine Air Force is retiring it's heavy modernised and Modified 555 MiG21 Slinger, of which, 60 are 2 seaters. As new state of the art fighters have entered in service, we are dropping civil war era designs. Rebuilt by IALSA with some heavy support from foreign firms for system integration an also several were made abroad.

So, this is an excellent ocasion for airforces with tight budgets.
This aircraft have shown a good performance during Civil War and During dissimilar trainning against foreign modern fighters achieving E 3 to 1 lose ratio against F16C block50s while for unupgraded Mig21 it was 12.5 to 1.

MIG21 were striped and rebuilt as a solid nose was intregated to house a powerfull XS-7 Radar with lookdown and cartographic capability. with 70kms range it can track 4 targets at 40kms.
Cockpit was redesigned with modern multifuntion screens.
An Oryx Electronics HUD and Fly-by-Ware system was added.
Eyectable Martin-Baker00 seats were instaled.
New Radios.
Oryx oxigen generators.
A new one-piece windshield that provided Better visibility.
Double delta wings changed former delta ones. Those new designed wings also increased agility and handling at low speeds.
New wings also added 2 wingtip pylons for AAM. and 2 more pylons were added to fuselage.
New ECM and RWR Manta suite was added as Chaff launchers.
Powerplant was modified adding a new more reliable western engine, which was also lighter than Tumanski original engine.
Those changes have been livesavers as centered the gravity center of the aircraft which was a cause of multiple and lethal accidents.

On average they have flown circa 1500h of their 3500 recomended flight hours.

Can you inform via Private, if you wish, them overhauled and put to 0 hours or at actual state. Able for circa 15-20 service years. IAL Wishes also to provide support services.
Pilots are being hired aside. But we can provide trainners from our Air force and Laputa based, PMC Geolink, strategic solutions SA. That have their own F21 along other models.

Of course, I took them from MiG21 specifications at Wikipedia. modifing: Weight, lenght and wingspan to make them coherent with the design. What you can't get is avionics as I made them up.

That's impossible as I'm retiring 200 remaining F21E/F from my aviation regiments. Only the cost of upgrading radar, avionics and engine alone, is more than the price you offer for aircraft.

What I can do is refurbish your current fleet.
I consider that. 10 N$M to upgrade each of your Fishbeds and Mongols (and J7 clones) to Slinger upgrade for only 5NS$ only upgrading avionics without major structural and engine modifications and a simpler radar that fits in the Mig21 anthenna cone and originial 2x23mm gun. It's a very competitive prize.
As 20 per aircraft for second hand models or 25 for those second hand models having been completely restored.

As supperiority state of the art models seen in GE&T go perfectly over 100 ns$ per aircraft.

E/F are more capable with improved avionics and IR seeker with improved agility they can be disguised from C/Ds by the double Fishbed style fins under the fuselage and an wing fuselage conection similar to F5E one.

I got in project an advanced lightweight fighter to sell to allied nations it will incorporate many features We testbed in the Slinger upgrade it is slightly bigger and heavier with more wing area.
We have actually 7 prototypes in flight and a preproduction order for 50.
