Before I post, I must ask. Is Gabe's power affected by time dilation? Because that'll mean his speed will be hella high. The momentum of a punch at a speed that can slow time for a person would be ridiculous.

Though, I'm thinking this is not the case. Too complicated physics stuff (who uses physics in RPs? Thats no fun!) and if it did apply, Gerald would be super dead. He did take a barrage of punches and a roundhouse kick (or not, can't recall but lets say so because Chuck Norris).

I use physics in RPs. Whenever I can. And if by Gabe you mean Gablex, I'd assume so. Unless Rup says otherwise.

Well, if it would have killed Gerald dead had it been applied, then I don't think it applies. Not to mention that it would likely cause a lot more damage on Gablex himself due to the momentum, like you said. Unless I've got it wrong. I'm not sure. It's a superpower, so even though I did make up rules to govern it I didn't bother too much with the physics.

Well, I of course don't think of powers much before. But now I'm majoring in physics, so I'm starting to know how things happen.

And I don't think there isn't a kick light enough that won't atomize Gerald, seeing the speed to make time slow to even half would be a literally unimaginably high number.

Plus, I doubt someone could withstand going at such a speed without causing immense damage with every movement. Taking a step with such high momentum would probably atomize the person. It would probably require an impossibly dense elemental suit to take momentum.

But as you said, it doesn't apply. It's time magic, physics can get fucked!

....At this point, I'd think it'd be logical to assume that you've read at least the last couple of pages of the IC, which explains exactly what's going on. There really hasn't been much idle chatting in the last couple of pages.

IIRC, your last involvement was when the player characters were going to evacuate certain parts of Paris because it was supposedly under siege. I recall that your characters decided to evacuate with Reth instead of Gerald (the hobo). Now, I know you're not coming back with the same characters, I'm just pointing all of this out to see if it rings any bells so that we can start off from there (which I am going to do anyway but feel free to ask for further clarification if needed).

Anyway, after the evacuation, a huge war machine teleported into the middle of Paris to crush the AFH cell operating there, but it was stopped by some of the player characters. A while after that, Elisa rounded everyone up in her truck and began heading out of France and towards Germany, intending to drop them off there. However, on the way there, an EMP killed the truck and some renegade dragons in power armor dropped from orbit and are currently fighting against the player characters, in the middle of the French countryside.

That's everything that's happened so far. I can link to certain key posts that further explain the situation if you'd like.

Mmm, that's all quite familiar to me, and I skimmed over the past couple of pages as well, but I'm still a little lost as how to introduce my character. Where is the place where everyone's planning on going? Introducing my character would be problematic in a fight, so I could have him waiting in the are they're heading.
