Due to recent conflict in the immediate vicinity of Extraplanetary Outpost 02 New Horizons' only Earth-bound territory (the island of Hatchery), the council has decided it would be wise to locate territory elsewhere on the planet of Earth.

In order to do this efficiently, as well as view all the potential territories, the council has decided to open up this communique to all nations interested in exchanging a piece of their territory for currency*. However, at this time, we are only interested in acquiring territory in the form of islands, due to the nature of our necessities.
