From the desk of Sultana Kadijha Temou of Poshu

I am very honored to receive such an invitation and would love to join you in your celebration! I shall arrive by shuttle bearing gifts if this is acceptable. Is this a formal gathering and will food be provided or does it need to be brought?

Looking forward to meeting you

IC:

It was a Learjet 60, painted blue and green, which transported His Excellency Governor Hunter Dethridge of Lamington to the designated airport. It landed and rolled quietly to the indicated stopping area, to take on fuel and debark passengers.

Hunter Dethridge was a tall, thin man, with thinning black hair, dark brown eyes, and a calm, unassuming face. He wore a plain, black suit and tie, and glasses. His wife Sharon was in attendance as well, the short brunette woman stepping off the plane behind him, her bespectacled green eyes scanning the surroundings. She too was dressed simply, black slacks beneath a white blouse and an unbuttoned black coat.

Behind them was the couple's eldest daughter, Susan, who was dressed essentially the same as Sharon with the exception that her outfit was a very dark blue, and her hair was back in a ponytail.

In order to avoid causing strains on the local transport system, a Commonwealth State Department sedan had been flown in just ahead of the Governor's own plane, along with two men to drive and maintain it.

I do not understand what this "Christmas" is. Seems like some archaic, monotheistic religion...apparently these Christmas celebrators have not heard of Microhard the slayer, Slurgglegoogle the witch, and Ayelikeit Chrome. Those are our real gods and their influence on the world is well-documented, unlike your gods and your "Christmas".

Surrounded by a group of security guards, High Chancellor Moreno makes his way through the airport terminal, turning down various opportunities for pictures from passerby's. The Chancellor waves off his security guards as he approaches President Ibraheem. With a kind smile at his face the Chancellor extends his hand out to the President and speaks, "Well hello there President, my name is Jiancy Moreno, High Chancellor of the Tainos. It is my honor to attend this dinner with you. I thank you sincerely for the invitation,"
