Yup! We did merge after all, a few Enclave lements would have to have been there. It's the presidents daughter after all

It's a Federal republic, they'd just elect the vice preisident, or elect another president.

But maybe we could merge. It be a lot of discussion in the IC, and it might be a Confederation of something.
