as a world assembly member I started the republic but somenation called publisus took over and now nation states is saying he is the founder I'm the real founder of the republic I proclaim the republic

The region "The Republic" is my region, period. You may have been the founder of a previous region named "The Republic," but so was I. I started the following thread on Oct. 15th, 2013. It is an announcement of the creation of "The Republic" before I let this nation and "The Republic" cease-to-exist. Likewise, you let your "The Republic" cease-to-exist, so I refounded it, again.
